“Mommy, where were you when I was a baby?” my son recently asked while looking at videos and pictures of his first year.
Whether you’re a professional photographer or just take pictures on your phone, I bet you have thousands of pictures of your kids. You probably even have a handful of pictures of your kids with your husband. But how many pictures do you have of you with your kids? Moms are often the ones behind the camera.
A Mommy and Me photo session gives you the chance to switch things up. They can be beautifully posed studio sessions or candid and fun outdoor sessions. Whichever style or location you choose for your session, the goal is to get Mom in the photos. Just enjoy uninterrupted time with your kids and let your photographer do the rest. It’s no surprise that these sessions have become so popular in recent years, and I have to admit they’re one of my favorite sessions to shoot!
